For me, the best time to photograph landscapes is in the morning and in the evening. The light at these times of the day is perfect, even if it’s a little cloudy. In summer you have to wait until midnight. In winter, on the other hand, you get the special light in the middle of the day.
I was able to take this picture in the early afternoon last week. It shows a piece of a rocky fjord bank. Those who were able to follow us on Instagram last week (in our Instagram Stories) while taking photos.
Polarizing filter and tripod were my tools for this photo. A closed aperture also ensured a slightly longer exposure time.
