Panorama #2

Lots of beautiful scenery in perfect light – but I’m too close to the mountains. I could walk further away to get a greater distance but then the foreground no longer fits.

Wide-angle lenses are helpful in such situations. However, with extreme wide angles, there are often curvatures at the edges of the images that have no place in landscape photography.

2 images, aperture f/18, exposure 1/10, ISO 50, focal length 17 mm, polarizing filter, tripod

Another possibility is to take several pictures which are then combined during picture development to create a panorama.

I took two pictures for this panorama. The mountains should be completely in the picture. I also wanted to have the grass in the frozen water in the photo.

Before the image processing, I had the two photos merged by software.
