Fern grows almost everywhere. The plant with its large leaves is ideal as a photo motif. The fern can also be found in all its glory in the mysterious Norwegian forests.
In order to find the perfect lighting conditions, I walked deep into an eerie fairytale forest.
The leaves move with the slightest breath of wind, while the other plants stand still. You could almost think an elf or a little troll ran away from me.
At a particularly mystical place in this forest I took out the camera.
Aperture f/1.8, exposure 1/100 sec., focal length 50 mm, ISO 100, tripod
I made several leaves from different angles. I took all the pictures with the same settings. I didn’t use a polarizing filter this time.
With these pictures I started a new category on picturesofnorway.com. I gave this new category the name “In the forest”.
